Nice value for the price. Tejii, the manager was very helpful in correcting my payment,which was not showing in their system. Mary, the front desk clerk was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Lina, the breakfast hostess kept the breakfast bar fully stocked, and provided assistance with a smile. They all all worked together as a team, providing an awesome customer experience, and exceed all my expectations. This was our first time staying in Fort Lauderdale, and will definitely choose this hotel in our future trip here.

Nothing it’s smells of damp in the room the ac unit makes more noise than anything else it’s more like a fan plus laundromat out of order stained bed linen. Swimming pool is filthy and the place has bed bugs hole family bitten and itching all over
